- All orders are shipped within 24-48 hours of being placed (except MyCustom Snowfoot orders, which ship after assembly).
- Transit times vary between 2-6 business days depending on delivery address.
- Shipping prices are available on the final checkout screen of your shopping cart once all your information has been entered prior to completing the order.

Shipments within the European Union economic zone are not subject to additional customs fees.
USA
Until our new distribution center in the USA is operative, all orders for the USA/Canada will be shipped from Italy. Customs/Tariff fees are NOT included in the shipping price. These fees are your responsibility. The shipping carrier will request collection once the package enters your country. Please contact your local customs office for more information regarding custom, tariff, and duty fees.
